Zalom Communications Pty Ltd (ABN pending) operates https://zalom.com.au. This page explains how we handle personal information collected through the site and any business enquiry we handle from it.

What we collect

When you use the booking form, contact form or email us directly, we collect: name, organisation, work email, phone number, and anything you type into the message field. We do not set marketing cookies on this site. Standard web-server access logs (IP, user-agent, referrer, timestamp) are kept for operational and security purposes.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry or demo request.
• To provide support to existing customers.
• To send you information you specifically requested (e.g. a brochure).
• To keep basic records for legal and tax purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Form data submitted to this site is transmitted to internal Zalom staff via our chosen notification provider (Cloudflare Workers + Telegram) and to our email fallback handler. Both providers operate under their own data-protection frameworks.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and support records: up to 7 years in line with Australian business-record obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; we will comply where no statutory retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@zalom.com.au with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we will respond within 14 days.
